This yoga class targets movements which the body relies on to get everyday tasks done. Working these muscles will help you live a more efficient quality of life. Functional yoga helps with injury prevention, stress, flexibility, and more.

High-Intensity Interval Training.


This class focuses on functional training methods with short interval times to ensure that the maximum amount of calories are burned in a 60-minute time span. If you are trying to burn calories and lose stubborn body fat this class is for you. In this class you can go at your own pace and gym experience/fitness level does not matter.

Zumba Dancer

DANCE CARDIO/ZUMBA

This class uses fast Zumba-inspired movements to get the heart pumping! The class includes routines that incorporate interval training — alternating fast and slow rhythms — to help improve cardiovascular fitness.

This senior fitness class is a functional training class for all ages but does target senior-specific needs by incorporating core strength exercises, resistance training, and flexibility movements.
