Kick off your NLTF experience with one of our certified personal trainers! Scheduling a kickoff appointment is on the house!
One of our Personal Trainers will meet with you to learn about your physical condition
and fitness goals, then discuss realistic ways to achieve those results. Personal Trainers teach their clients how to properly use workout equipment and follow workout plans to target different areas of the body.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Personal Training at NLTF focuses on strength
building, hypertrophy, weight loss, mobility
enhancement, cross training and athletic based
training. Personal trainers at NLTF will assess their
clients bodily strengths and weaknesses and create customized workout plans. The trainer will
provide physical and mental guidance and monitor
clients' progress on a regular basis.

Trainers will: 

  • Demonstrate exercises and routines to clients

  • Assist clients in exercises to minimize injury and promote fitness

  • Modify exercises according to clients’ fitness levels

  • Monitor client progress

  • Provide information or resources on general fitness and health issues
